Exchanges  & Refunds

Sending or bringing products back to us is no problem as long as they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Products can be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure a copy of your packing slip/invoice accompanies the return. We will, of course, refund the cost of carriage if your product is faulty or if it is not what you ordered.
